Responsibilities:
- Sales/Business Development of Life and Medical Insurance.
- Sales/Business Development of Commercial Line products like, Property, Liability, Marine, Motor, Engineering risk.
- Primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific
insurance needs and offering tailored solutions and effectively closing sales.
- By building strong relationships, candidates aim will be to facilitate business growth.
- Team Player with good coordination with all functional heads, departments and management to serve clients better.
- Sourcing of leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals etc.
- Should learn insurance terminology and jargon, stay updated on industry trends to be able to make informed recommendation to clients.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- High School/Graduate/MBA.
- Insurance certifications a plus.
- Insurance sales experience with basic insurance knowledge about medical and general insurance policies.
- Language: English. Other spoken languages are a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- An insurance portfolio is an advantage.
