The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting solutions for the various systems used by the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs for BI solutions.
• Develops customizations and extensions within the ERP system.
• Develop Models, Scorecards, and Dashboards with drill-down and drill-through capabilities using BI.
• Works closely with applications analyst and business users to identify opportunities for improvement of business processes through automation and custom software development.
• Deliver data related insights to the functional teams seeking to drive significant impact via data driven decisions
• Reviews existing code, troubleshoots and modifies applications to debug or enhance.
• Monitor data accuracy, and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting
• Develop and manage BI job scheduling and monitoring.
• Execute performance tuning on the ETL.
• Research and resolve data integrity and performance needs.
• Participate in near and long-term capacity planning for BI.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or closely related equivalent required.
• Familiarity with SQL development tools, such as SQL Developer, or equivalent is required.
• Experience with QlikView or QlikSense (1st priority), Tableau (2nd priority), or Power BI (3rd priority) is a major plus.
• Knowledge working with development tools, such as Oracle Workflow Builder, XML Publisher, JDE Event Rule and JDeveloper is a plus.
• Strong communications skills both oral and written.
• Capability creating documentation, and diagrams that communicate the overall architecture of the solution to business, technical audiences, and support teams.
