- Manage the commercial operation across B2B, B2C, distributors and marketing.
- Assist the Commercial Director in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service and strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- Assist in preparing annual budget, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Forecast requirements, set objectives, schedule expenditures.
- Assess the services performance and escalate the relevant recommendations: strength, weaknesses, opportunities, risks, success factors, pricing strategies.
- Conduct long term strategy studies, selectively determine emerging opportunities and present the business case to the management team.
- Analyze and enhance process workflow, and streamline to increase efficiency.
- Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables and dependencies as approved by key stakeholders.
- Trace KPIs to enable data driven decision making.
- Nurture collaborative communication, to ensure that project objectives are achieved within the project timeframe and budget.
- Assist the Commercial Director in handling human resources issues related to Sales team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Min. 10 years of experience including 3 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Telecom or Internet sector is a plus.
- Preferably trilingual: Arabic, English and French.
