Job Description


The Marketing Manager’s focus is on the day-to-day organization and administration of all Company’s brands. He/she must remain focused on the development of new insights/ ideas and superior brand building marketing/communication on both online and offline channels. The Marketing Manager has a vital function in being the guardian and promoter of information and insight around the brand, while also coaching junior staff to ensure that the department is optimized across both UAE and Lebanon markets. 

Expectations And Core Competencies:

  • Own the “Expert” title on the marketing component of the business (key team resource).
  • Be the expert on all assigned brands.
  • Be the competitive expert and be aware of the latest trends, allowing the company’s brands to remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Push boundaries for breakthrough strategic ideas & thinking.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and programs for each product/product brand; all the while directing promotional support.
  • Create single-minded strategies that grow out of a brand truth and business needs.
  • Contribute to creative development and take responsibility within the brand team for developing a close working relationship with the creative department. This is done across the entire process, by ensuring a buy in to the creative brief, to imaginative briefing of creative teams and to standing up for work which stretches the boundaries.
  • Identity and catalyze opportunities for brand growth and innovation through PR, product or communication initiatives.
  • Shape, deliver and sell fantastic creative.
  • Think holistically: Integrate different communications solutions into ideas (PR, CRM, Digital, Shopper Marketing). 


Lead day-to-day business

  • Problem solver/internal consultant: Identify opportunities to work smarter/ more efficient.
  • Lead/partner with day-to-day cross functional team: Manage flawless execution.
  • Network internally to develop synergies and capitalize on opportunities.

Develop people

  • Lead on Brand/Marketing staff growth through hiring and recruitment, along with company leadership.
  • Supervise the work and progress of the Brand Executives that he/she is ultimately responsible for.
  • Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Managing the team members who report directly into the him or her, and for whose overall performance and career progression the Director is responsible for. Specific tasks will include: delegation, coaching, feedback and the completion of appraisals.

Financial Accountability:

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and deliver profitability (Controlling costs, maximizing revenue, generating new revenue streams: identifying, prioritizing and converting).
  • Understand and begin to work with P&L: Contribute to profitability via day-to –day leadership.
  • Manage budgets/ estimates/ client directs.


  • Instill integrity, open communication.
  • Integrate cross-functional teams to create better cohesion, teamwork, initiative.
  • Risk-tasking, accountability.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Min 10 years of experience.
  • All digital Computer skills, below the line, above the line marketing tools, e-commerce etc.
  • An excellent craftsman.
  • Flexible and able to react quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent on MS.
  • Tech Savy: Stay ahead of technological advances and trends and incorporate them into business.
  • Arabic, English and French.
