Job Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the company's financial strategy. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis, managing financial risks, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including market, credit, and operational risks.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Lead the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial metrics to ensure financial stability.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, including investment opportunities and capital structure.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Work with other departments to align financial practices with operational needs and strategies.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role preferably with Insurance expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with financial software and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Lebanon market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• High ethical standards.
