Job Description
Responsible for leading the aftersales team, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient service operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Delivering a great customer experience by implementing and managing robust after-sales processes.
- Develops and implements after-sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain the current customer base, increase efficiency, turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.
- Liaises with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of parts and services.
- Maximize aftersales profitability through the sale of labour, parts, service plans and extended warranties.
- Managing productivity and efficiency levels of the workshop.
- Manages, motivates, and develops service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all after-sales staff and ensure all health and safety requirements are complied with.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provides performance insights, identifying areas for improvement.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- First degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in aftersales management, power generation industry experience preferred.
- Strong Managerial and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Motivate team to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keen eye for details, able to review data and refine processes.
- Excellence leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have good technical skills and management of personnel and material resources.
