Responsible for leading the aftersales team, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient service operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Delivering a great customer experience by implementing and managing robust after-sales processes.
  • Develops and implements after-sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the current customer base, increase efficiency, turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.
  • Liaises with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Maximize aftersales profitability through the sale of labour, parts, service plans and extended warranties.
  • Managing productivity and efficiency levels of the workshop.
  • Manages, motivates, and develops service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all after-sales staff and ensure all health and safety requirements are complied with.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provides performance insights, identifying areas for improvement.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • First degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in aftersales management, power generation industry experience preferred.
  • Strong Managerial and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Motivate team to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keen eye for details, able to review data and refine processes.
  • Excellence leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have good technical skills and management of personnel and material resources.
