Job Duties:
- Follow up and manage maintenance team ensuring problem solving in an efficient manner.
- Execute shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design for systems.
- Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites.
- Execute material take-off and procurement support.
- Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
- Execute testing, commissioning, and handing over.
- Execute technical calculations to validate equipment selection.
- Site management for all mechanical works.
- Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in installation, operation and maintenance management role.
- Autocad, Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated communication ability both oral and written in Arabic and English / French is a plus.
- Knowledge of instruments and material used in electro-mechanical installation and maintenance.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
