Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand market share.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and provide tailored ISP solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting ISP products and services to corporate clients. 
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the Corporate Sales Manager in developing sales processes and best practices.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or ISP sector.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Leadership potential.
