Job Duties:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand market share.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and provide tailored ISP solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting ISP products and services to corporate clients.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
- Analyze account performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the Corporate Sales Manager in developing sales processes and best practices.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or ISP sector.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Leadership potential.
