Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead the company and define the overall strategy to ensure the achievement of operational and financial objectives, promote growth and sustainability, and oversee all activities related to the sales, maintenance, rental, and after-sales services of heavy equipment in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s strategic and operational plans in alignment with the owners’ vision and the local and regional market.
  • Directly oversee the core departments (Sales, Service & Maintenance, Parts, Finance, Human Resources, and Logistics).
  • Ensure the achievement of financial targets (revenue, profitability, and cost control).
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, dealers, key customers, and government entities.
  • Monitor sales performance and after-sales services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee pricing policies, contracts, and major tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Lead teams and develop second-line leadership.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management or the Board of Directors.
  • Manage operational and financial risks and take appropriate corrective actions.

Technical & Commercial Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the heavy equipment industry (sales, service, and parts).
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports and budgets.
  • Contract and tender management.
  • Negotiation and commercial relationship management.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment or industrial equipment sector.
  • Proven experience in a senior executive or top management role.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment markets, supply chains, and after-sales services.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
