Job Purpose:
Ensure best utilization of resources (Financial, Operation and Human) to achieve best quality and profitable results.
Look for new opportunities to develop the business and increase production utilization for a better profitability.
Accountabilities:
- Propose the company strategy, set up the objectives accordingly and validate them with the board.
- Prepare the Company’s business plan and ensure its conformity with the Company’s strategy and objectives.
- Prepare yearly action plan/budget based on approved strategy and objectives.
- Ensure that all critical processes are elaborated, implemented and reviewed regularly and are in line with standards.
- Look for new opportunity to develop the business.
- Analyse in coordination with Finance the cost per product/shape in order to identify the best profitable products.
- Oversee the implementation of the Action plan and budget, and come up with a monthly and quarterly reports to be submitted to the board.
- Manage, in coordination with Commercial relationship with key clients, analyse their needs in order to increase orders.
- Analyse client complaints and approve corrective and preventive measures to be taken in order to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure that the company as a whole has the management capability (budget and resources) to achieve its business objectives.
- Oversee and approve the global structure of the group and ensure its optimization in line with the strategy.
- Ensure that all practices are in line with standards and carry out management review with Managers on regular basis to identify gaps and bring improvement.
- Ensure that an internal positive climate is created within the group and that the workforce is motivated.
- Other duties that the board sees fit the scope of work.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- BA in Business , BS in Engineering.
- MBA degree in Business from a reputable university is a plus.
- 10 years’ experience in a good Managerial Position.
- Process and project management skills.
- Knowledge in finance and budget preparation.
- Arabic – English and French literacy.
- Knowledge of ISO requirements is a plus.
