Job Duties:
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Manage procurement budgets and cost control initiatives.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
