Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Manage procurement budgets and cost control initiatives.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
