Job Duties:
• Supervise and support sales team to achieve targets for (New / Used / Rental) and related KPIs (sales calls, quotations, qualified quotations, closure rate, ILPs).
• Develop annual business plans and ensure alignment with company growth strategy.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to GM (pipeline, lost sales, performance analysis).
• Monitor CRM/ERP reporting accuracy for sales activities and follow up daily with team.
• Review pricing, quotations, and sales solutions to maximize win rate.
• Manage sales funnel and conduct monthly performance reviews with GM and team members.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment terms (LCs, bank guarantees, special terms approvals).
• Follow up with clearing & shipping on delivery status of units.
• Support major negotiations and accompany sales engineers in key deals when required.
• Promote after-sales services and maintenance contracts.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop sales team performance.
• Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
