Job Duties:

 • Perform all complex maintenance and repair tasks on heavy and medium machinery.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, providing technical solutions to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Handle advanced breakdowns using specialized tools and conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Inspect, adjust, diagnose, and repair diesel engines.
• Test and calibrate diesel engine systems, hydraulic systems, powertrain, and brake systems.
• Perform maintenance and repair on air conditioning systems and electrical/electronic systems.
• Collect post-failure data (AFA) and conduct case studies.
• Perform TA2 inspections, prepare comprehensive reports, and present results to the client.
• Rebuild machinery components (disassembly, assembly, and performance testing).
• Execute machine handover procedures, including Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and final delivery inspection.
• Properly use computer programs, related devices, and SIS systems linked to the machinery.
• May perform additional duties such as welding, fabrication, or painting when required.
• Carry out certain administrative tasks and assist colleagues as needed.
• Apply effective time management and maintain good work habits.
• May be assigned to specialize in specific areas as needed.
Core Functional Responsibilities:
• Apply machinery system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Conduct Level 2 Technical Analysis of the machinery (TA2).
• Test and adjust machinery systems.
• Analyze causes of failure (AFA).
• Ensure machine handover and perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, ERP systems, reporting & sales analytics tools.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and correspondence in English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing onto machinery; strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
