Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock & Supply Chain Analytics

• Analyze stock value, stock rotation, and days of inventory.
• Identify slow-moving and non-moving items and provide recommendations.
• Monitor expiry risk and validate monthly expiry reports.
• Evaluate value of orders and optimal order quantities.

2. Finance & Cash Flow Analysis

• Analyze payments to suppliers and upcoming liabilities.
• Build cash-flow forecasting models.
• Review company expenses and cost centers and propose optimization.

3. ERP (Odoo) Data Validation & Automation

• Verify daily transactions in Odoo.
• Ensure no pending or inconsistent ERP transactions.
• Automate reports inside Odoo.
• Improve data workflows.

4. Sales & Budget Performance

• Analyze sales team performance.
• Track targets, achievements, and expenditures.
• Compare budget vs actual sales and expenses.
• Prepare monthly dashboards.

5. Reporting & Decision Support

• Build reports using Excel, Power BI, or Odoo dashboards.
• Present insights with clear recommendations.
• Support all departments with data-driven decisions.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in data analysis (pharma/FMCG is a plus).
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and Odoo skills.
• Understanding of cost centers, budgeting, and financial KPIs.
