Scope of work:
Plays a critical role in bridging the gap between client requirements and technical solutions. responsible for designing and proposing customized low current systems, including:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Relationship Management
- Present the company products and services to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Locate opportunities, develop new business relationships, and maintain existing ones.
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to QUASAR are captured and explored.
- Forward encountered opportunities for other Business Units to the concerned parties as per the instructions of the Sales Manager and in his absence as per the instructions of the General Manager.
Projects Management/ Sales Process
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, and compliance documentation.
- Support the sales team in tendering and quotation processes System Design & Engineering.
- Design integrated low current systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, fiber optics).
- Select appropriate technologies and components based on project scope and budget.
- Ensure all designs comply with international and local standards (e.g., NFPA, EN) Client & Consultant Interaction.
- Participate in client meetings and technical sales presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather project requirements.
- Address technical queries and provide feedback of to clients Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Coordinate with sales, project management, and procurement teams.
- Engage with suppliers and manufacturers for technical specifications and pricing Documentation & Reporting.
- Prepare technical submittals, and compliance sheets.
- Maintain organized records of all proposals and communications.
Customer Service
- Maintain a high level of personalized customer service at all times.
- Responsibility for answering customer queries and complaints and dealing with them effectively.
- Ensure the company’s remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients within working hours.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Ensure the company’s service is up to stakeholders’ expectations throughout the sales process. Site visit after job completion is an essential point for customers' satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field handling similar role sales.
- Computer Skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP).
- Language Skills – Trilingual (Arabic, English and French).
