Position Summary:
We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Product Manager to lead the growth and enhancement of digital banking products and services. The role focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, customer journey optimization, and digital engagement, while driving innovative and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute digital product strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and digital channel adoption.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
- Enhance end-to-end customer journeys across digital channels.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze product performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Prepare business cases, product updates, and performance reports for management.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital banking, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of digital products, customer experience, and business growth strategies.
- Experience in partnership management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile and digital product development methodologies.
