Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, leaves, salary data, and HR databases.
- Supervise daily personnel administration activities and ensure proper documentation and filing processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leaves, salary adjustments, and employee benefits information.
- Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, social security, and other entitlements.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, registrations, employee documentation, clearances, and final settlements.
- Handle formalities related to labor law compliance, NSSF, Ministry of Labor, and insurance providers.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of mandatory reports to government bodies (e.g. Ministry of Finance, Social Security, Ministry of Labor), including declarations of employment, termination notices, social insurance updates, and compliance certificates.
- Coordinate employee health-related activities, including medical consultations, health certificates, insurance approvals, and hospital transfer procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support HR policy implementation, and monitor adherence to company rules.
- Support employee relations by responding to personnel and administrative inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise outsourced services including security, cleaning operations, and daily workers administration.
- Prepare workforce reports and HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, leave balances, insurance claims, and other personnel indicators.
- Support HR audits, reporting activities, and employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth personnel operations and employee support services.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Arabic, English , French is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social security procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to create strong working relationships.
- Customer service orientation and attention to confidentiality.
