Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Handle clients’ order placement and coordinate with supply chain and accounting.
  • Follow up on deliveries, complaints, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records in CRM/Odoo.
  • Provide feedback from clients to management for service improvement.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Cash handling :

  • Receives collected cash, counts it, enters data on ERP
  • Balance cash register

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM or ERP software.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
