Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle clients’ order placement and coordinate with supply chain and accounting.
- Follow up on deliveries, complaints, and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records in CRM/Odoo.
- Provide feedback from clients to management for service improvement.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Cash handling :
- Receives collected cash, counts it, enters data on ERP
- Balance cash register
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP software.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
