- Restructure and strengthen the HR department for a fast-growing group.
- Proven ability to manage HR across multiple countries (The company operates in 5+), including expatriate mobilization, work permits, local-content/nationalization compliance, and multi-country payroll.
- Willing to champion AI, adopt it in HR, implement it, and train staff across the company.
- Strong on both HR operations and strategy, not one at the expense of the other.
- Background in EPC, construction, or large multi-site industry, ideally across Africa and/or the Middle East.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years’ HR experience, with 7+ in a senior leadership / head of function role. Preferred if served as HR manager.
- Must have operated as a peer to C level executives, the gravitas to advise and challenge leaders with 25–30 years’ experience.
