Job Description

Role Purpose:

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the full spectrum of human resources functions at the Company, ensuring that the Mall is supported by effective talent acquisition, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance in accordance with Lebanese Labour Law. The role partners closely with the CEO and departmental heads to build an engaged, high-performing workforce aligned with Company's operational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Lead and administer the full HR lifecycle at the Company — from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to define staffing requirements, develop job profiles, and execute recruitment processes for all roles within the Company's organisational structure.
  • Design and implement a structured performance management framework, including annual reviews, mid-year check-ins, KPI-setting, and development planning.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits structures that are competitive, internally equitable, and compliant with Lebanese Labour Law and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Lebanese Labour Law, Social Security Fund (NSSF) requirements, and all relevant employment regulations; maintain current knowledge of legislative changes.
  • Manage and maintain all HR records, employee files, contracts of employment, and NSSF documentation in a complete and confidential manner.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures — including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and leave policies — ensuring consistent application across all departments.
  • Support the CEO in managing organisational change, restructuring, and headcount planning as the business evolves through the redevelopment programme.
  • Coordinate the training and development programme for Company staff, identifying needs, sourcing providers, and tracking completion and effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness, acting as a trusted and impartial advisor to both staff and management.
  • Produce HR reporting and workforce data for the CEO, including headcount, turnover, payroll cost, and recruitment status.
  • Maintain and update the Company's organisational structure in coordination with the CEO, ensuring it reflects the current and planned workforce.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional HR qualification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Experience in Lebanon, with strong working knowledge of Lebanese Labour Law and NSSF regulations, is essential. Experience in real estate, retail, or a service-sector environment is preferred.
  • HRIS Platforms, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Arabic (Native), English (Proficient).
  • Strong working knowledge of Lebanese Labour Law and NSSF.
